  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and instructions intact. Products showing signs of use, tampering, or improper handling (that affects resale) will be rejected for a full refund.
  • Return Authorization (RA): A valid Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns. Returns sent without an RA number will be refused at delivery or returned to the sender at their own cost.

2. Return & Refund Process

2.1 Initiate a Return

Our team will review your request within 24 business hours and issue an RA number, along with specific return instructions (including the return address) if your request is approved.

2.2 Ship the Return

Once you receive the RA number, package the product(s) securely in the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) and clearly mark the RA number on the outer shipping label. You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item shipment, or an error by OralBoutlet (e.g., wrong product sent). For such cases, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

2.3 Inspection & Refund Approval

Upon receiving your returned package, our warehouse team will inspect the product(s) to verify eligibility (condition, packaging, RA number). This inspection typically takes 1-2 business days. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete:
  • If approved: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card). All refunds are issued in United States Dollars (USD), consistent with our payment terms.
  • If rejected: We will explain the reason for rejection (e.g., product damage, missing accessories) and offer options to either return the product to you (at your cost) or dispose of it, depending on your preference.

3. Shipping Cost Responsibilities

  • Customer-Initiated Returns (Change of Mind): You bear all return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable, even if the refund is approved.
  • OralBoutlet-Responsible Returns: We cover return shipping costs for defective products, incorrect items, or orders damaged during our fulfillment process. We will issue a pre-paid shipping label and reimburse any reasonable associated costs upon verification.
Note: Customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred for international returns (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
