These Terms of Purchase ("Terms") govern all orders placed through the website oralboutlet.com ("Website") by you ("Customer"). By placing an order on the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from placing an order.

1. Order Confirmation

Upon submitting an order, you will receive an automated email acknowledgment confirming the receipt of your order. This acknowledgment does not constitute order acceptance. OralBoutlet reserves the right to verify, confirm, or reject any order at its sole discretion (e.g., due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity). A binding contract between you and OralBoutlet will only be formed once we send a formal order confirmation email stating that your order has been processed and shipped.

2. Shipping & Delivery

OralBoutlet offers free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement or hidden fees. All orders are processed and shipped within one business day of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays). The estimated delivery time for all orders (domestic and international) is within 5 calendar days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to minor delays due to customs clearance (for international orders), carrier disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances. OralBoutlet does not offer expedited or加急 shipping services.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. OralBoutlet is not liable for delays, lost, or misdelivered orders caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the Customer.

3. Payment Terms

All transactions on the Website are settled in United States Dollars (USD). We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. By providing your payment information, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information provided is accurate. OralBoutlet will process your payment upon order confirmation; in the event of order rejection, any authorized payment will be refunded in full within 3-5 business days.

4. Returns & Refunds

OralBoutlet offers a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number, which must be included with your return shipment. Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error by OralBoutlet.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product (and confirm it meets eligibility criteria), we will approve the refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval and credited back to the original payment method. Please note that banking processing times may vary, and OralBoutlet is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.

5. Product Availability

All products on the Website are subject to availability. We strive to maintain accurate inventory information, but in rare cases, a product may be out of stock after an order is placed. If this occurs, we will notify you via email promptly and offer either a full refund, a substitution (with your consent), or a backorder (if applicable). OralBoutlet is not liable for any damages or inconvenience caused by out-of-stock items.

6. Limitation of Liability

OralBoutlet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your order, use of the product, or these Terms (including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or delays). Our total liability to you for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.
