1. Shipping Coverage & Costs

OralBoutlet offers free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement or hidden fees. This policy applies to all destinations globally, including the United States and international locations. We do not charge additional shipping fees for remote areas, and there are no surcharges for multiple items in a single order—shipping is fully complimentary for every purchase.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of being placed (excluding weekends, U.S. public holidays, and unforeseen operational disruptions). Processing time includes order verification, product picking, packaging, and handover to our designated shipping carrier. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with relevant details (including a tracking number, if available) once your order has been dispatched.
Note: Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET on a business day may be processed the following business day. We do not offer expedited or rush shipping services—all orders are shipped via our standard global shipping method.

3. Delivery Timeline

The estimated delivery time for all orders (both domestic U.S. and international) is within 5 calendar days from the date of dispatch. This timeline is an estimate based on standard carrier performance and may vary slightly depending on the destination, carrier efficiency, and external factors beyond our control.
While we strive to meet this timeline, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays may occur due to: (1) Customs clearance procedures for international orders; (2) Carrier disruptions (e.g., weather events, logistics bottlenecks); (3) Remote delivery locations; (4) Public holidays in the destination country. OralBoutlet is not liable for delays caused by these factors, but we will assist in tracking and following up with the carrier upon request.

4. Shipping Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number (where provided by the carrier) and a link to track your shipment. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your order through the carrier’s website.
Some international carriers may not provide real-time tracking for all regions. If you are unable to track your order or have not received tracking information within 2 business days of order placement, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number for assistance.

5. Shipping Address Requirements

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address (including apartment numbers, unit codes, and correct postal/zip codes). OralBoutlet is not liable for delayed, lost, or misdelivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, we cannot alter the shipping address, and you will need to coordinate with the carrier directly or follow our return procedure if the order is delivered to the original address.

6. International Shipping Notes

For international orders, customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost (as they vary by region and are determined by local authorities). OralBoutlet does not collect these fees and cannot predict their amount—we recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an order.
Customs clearance times vary by country and may extend the overall delivery time. We are not responsible for products detained or rejected by customs due to non-compliance with local regulations (e.g., restricted items). In such cases, the customer will bear the cost of returning the product (if applicable) or forfeiting it.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders

If your order does not arrive within 7 calendar days of dispatch (exceeding our estimated timeline) or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier, which may take 3-5 business days.
Upon confirmation of loss or damage by the carrier: (1) We will reship the order free of charge; or (2) Issue a full refund (processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method), at your discretion. We require proof of damage (photos/videos of the product and packaging) for damaged orders, to be provided within 7 days of delivery.
